Steven, in January, 1880, and was connected with the pension and patent business of this firm until 1908; being located at Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, and for a short period at Washington, D. C.; in 1908, started in business for himself; solicitor and attorney in matters pertaining to patents and pensions and departmental practises, with offices in Cleveland and Washington; firm name John A.
