Bommhardt

John A. Bommhardt, born on September 14, 1862, in Hastings, Minnesota, was a prominent patent and claim attorney. After graduating from various schools in Cleveland, he began his legal career in 1880. Bommhardt married Catherine F. Kavanaugh in 1901 and had two children. He held several positions, including secretary of the Cuyahoga County Republican Executive Committee and was actively involved in veterans’ organizations. In 1908, he established his own law firm focusing on patents and pensions, with offices in Cleveland and Washington, D.C.
