FootNote
The new kid on the block, FootNote is known for digitizing historical
documents... many of which are genealogical gems. With naturalizations,
city directories, war records, newspapers, town records, etc... this new
kid is quickly being recognized as an alternative to Ancestry.
While we know our northern friends may not feel it, in the South, Spring is
here. So we thought we'd share a few of our gardening sites appropriate
for this time of the year. Along with gardening, there's grilling, and getting
ready to diet so that you can fit back into that bathing suit this summer!
United States Genealogy is the back bone of Access Genealogy. We have
created free databases, datasets, and/or books online which cover every state in
the nation, and then we provide links to even more free US genealogy data that
can be found on the web in our effort to become your complete US genealogy
search center.
We began early this year in transforming our United States genealogy pages to
reflect better the free content that we have available while providing the most
comprehensive free genealogy site on the web. At the
same time, we continue to add thousands of pages of free U.S. genealogy data
each week, and thousands of links to other free ancestry records. We believe
that our compilation of US genealogy data is one of the largest independent
collections of genealogy records on the web.
