H. D. Berner & Winterbauer Co., New York and Brooklyn; proprietor Berner’s Art Store; pres. The Phonograph Co. of Cleveland, and stockholder The Bishop-Babcock-Becker Co.; member Athletic and Willowick Clubs, Cleveland, and Arion Society, New York. Recreations: Golf and Automobiling.
