Pocahontas, Baker County, Oregon
Pioneers of the county gathered at the blgr (????) of Jacob McEwen, of Pocahontas this morning, the old resident having passed to the great beyond yesterday morning at 10 o’clock. The deceased was 70 years old and death was due to advanced age. The funeral was held from the late residence at 2 o’clock.
