Illinois Steel Co., 1896-1898; gen. mgr. and pres. American Steel & Wire Co., 1899 ; pres. Trenton Iron Co., Newburg & S. Shore R. R. Co., American Mining Co.; director Bank of Commerce of North America, Cleveland Trust Co.. Rowfant Bindery Co., H. C. Frick Coke Co.; Chicago, Lake Shore & South Bend Ry.
