Cuyahoga Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument Committee; vice pres. Society Army of the Potomac; past commander Army and Navy Post; several years in the picture frame business; established, in 1878, incorporated, in 1895, business for mounting and finishing paper for lithographers and printers; specializing in hangers, posters, show cards, etc.; pres. The Wm. A. Howe Co.; member Chamber of Commerce, Euclid Ave. Baptist Church, Masonic Fraternity, Loyal Legion, Grand Army of the Republic, Society Army of the Potomac.
