Patchin, Eugene L.; dentist; born, North Newbury, 0., Feb. 13, 1860; son of Capt. Levi and Eliza Hayes Patchin, Jr.; common school education; married, Rock Creek, O., 1881, Ella M. Slabaugh; issue, Mable E., born July 8, 1883, and Erie M., born June 2, 1889; studied dentistry, and received the right to practice in 1881; practiced in Lorain, Huron and Richland counties and Cuyahoga county; has been in Cleveland, twenty-seven years; his son is now associated with him; served four years in Cleveland Cadets; honorably discharged in 1889; member Lookout Camp, Sons of Veterans; one of the vice-commanders and officiate as delegate-at-large; member Cleveland Dental Society, and Northern Ohio and Ohio State Dental Societies; member National Union (Cleveland Council); member and officer in Plymouth Church, and Men’s Club; member Cleveland Quoit Club.
