Kelmer; one daughter, Ruth Spicer; district physician, appointed April, 1911, Ohio National Guard, 1899-1900; general practice of medicine from 1905 to the present time; examiner for John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co.; appointed in 1911; member Cleveland Academy of Medicine and Ohio State Medical Society, and American Medical Ass’n; member Phi Rho Sigma (Medical School Fraternity); Woodmen of the World, Fraternal Mystic Circle, Fraternal Order of Orioles; member Olivet Baptist Church.
