Batchelder, dau. of Sewall and Nancy (Alden) Batchelder, b. in Boston Dec. 23, 1833. Mr. Chase d. Aug. 17, 1874. After his death, his wid. m. Jacob Beal, Jan. 22, 1879, without issue. She d. Dec. 25, 1881. Children:
