Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Christian Church, Richland, for Jesse Clarence Masterson, 78, a retired stockman who died at his home in Baker Sunday evening. Pastors Roy Biggs, Richland and Joe Jewett, Richland, will officiate. Interment will follow at the Eagle Valley Cemetery in Richland. Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon Louis R. Bloom Dies On His Way To South Louis R. Bloom, a native son of Wallowa valley, died at Goldendale, Washington, Wednesday, December 22, 1937. Mary Kail of 1208 11th St. died Sunday, June 3 at Grande Ronde Hospital at the age of 80. Mrs. Kail was born Feb. 23, 1893 at Boring, Ky., the daughter of John and Lavicia Braughton.
