Clinton S. Daggett of Joseph died Jan. 15, 2006 at Willow Brook Terrace in Pendleton of natural causes. He was 89. Mr. Daggett was born in Joseph to Charles Walter and Lida Blanche Holmes Daggett. He married Patricia Irene Masturde in Vancouver, Wash., on April 12, 1939. She died in 1980. He spent his working life as a millwright.
