Frank Jasper, 85, Dies In Ukiah Frank Jasper, 85, retired farmer and minister of Ukiah, Calif., died Saturday in Ukiah of an extended illness. Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Dempsey’s Funeral Chapel. Rev. Boone White will officiate, and burial will be in the Summerville cemetery. Mr. Jasper was a former resident of Wallowa and Union counties, and a member of the Union County Historical Society, Blue Mountain Grange, and Union County Fair Board.
