Dr. Aaron L. Bowman, 40, died at his home in Talma Wednesday morning [July 5, 1916], after a year’s illness, a victim of cancer of the brain. He leaves a wife, Lily, two children, Emery and Eldora May, and a brother, Albert, all of Talma. Two brothers are dead.
Dr. Bowman was born in Fulton County June 19th, 1876, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bowman, both deceased. He had long practiced at Talma and was well known in this neighborhood. Illness forced him to stop working during the past year. Funeral at Talma, at a time not fixed. [Interment Reichter Cemetery]
