Ginger Kay Flippence, 56, of John Day, died May 7, 2008, at her residence. A funeral service was held Monday at Driskill Memorial Chapel. Pastor Daniel Wiese of the John Day Church of the Nazarene officiated. Vault interment took place at the Prairie City Cemetery. Ginger was born Jan. 25, 1952, in Baker City to Gene L. and Betty J.
