Craig Wallace Robinson, 41, of Baker City, died Feb. 28, 2008, at his home. His memorial service was Monday at the home of Allen and Vickie Stevenson. Craig was born on Dec. 29, 1966, at Colfax, Wash., to James Lee Robinson and Vickie Lee Stevenson. He was raised at Bend, where he attended school graduating from Bend Senior High School. He spent summers and vacations at Milton- Freewater. He lived at Salem for a short time and moved to Baker City in 1993. During his life he enjoyed spending time with his family. Dale Ivan Moulton, 69, a former Baker County resident, died Feb. 29, 2008, at Gresham. His memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Fairlawn Health Center Community Center, 1280 N.E. Kane Drive in Gresham. Mr. Moulton was born on Dec. 19, 1938. He married Rae D. Kirk on Feb. 1, 1957. He was a retired teacher and taught at Pleasant Valley School. Ruth Hazel Parlin, 77, of Baker City, died Feb. 29, 2008, at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Her cremated remains will be interred later at Mount Hope Cemetery. Ellen M Crampton, 76, of Baker City, died Feb. 23, 2008, at St Elizabeth Health Services surrounded by family and friends after a bout with pneumonia. It was her wish that there would be no funeral service or viewing, and her family honored her wishes. Ellen was born on March 24, 1931, at Murphy, Idaho, to Walker T. and Sarah Churchill Horton. Cpl. Jessica Ann Ellis, a combat medic in the U.S. Army, was killed in action in Iraq on May 11, 2008. Fred “Fritz” Lohner, 99, of Baker City, died May 10, 2008, at Settler’s Park. A private family service will be scheduled later at LaPine. Fritz was born on June 16, 1908, at Bruno, Minn. He was the fourth of nine children born to German immigrants John and Margaret Herman Lohner. He left Minnesota for Oregon in 1927 and was employed in the logging industry from 1931 to 1975.
