Baker City, Oregon Wayne Monroe Rogers, 93, of Baker City died Dec. 7, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Health Services. Disposition was by cremation at Eastern Oregon Pioneer Crematory. Wayne was born Sept. 15, 1913, at Smith Center, Kan., to Harry W. and Margret Rogers. Mark Alan Nelson, 52, was born Feb. 12, 1954, to Charles and Joyce Nelson, in Seattle, Wash. Mark passed away Nov. 25, 2006, at St. Alphonus Hospital, in Boise Idaho, due to heart failure. Mark graduated from Seattle High School, in Seattle Wash., in 1972. He enlisted in the Army right out of High School and went to Vietnam as a helicopter medic and was honorably discharged.
