William Silas Keyes of 111 East Hilliard Lane, Eugene resident of that community for 16 years. He passed away April 16, 1958 at his house at age of 91.
He was born October 17, 1866 at Divide Oregon. He married Viola Inez Sharp in Eugene in 1893. She preceded him in death October 19, 1938. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by 1 daughter, Mrs. Stanley M. Trunnell of Eugene; 2 grandsons, Harold of Eugene and Gordon of Boise; 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Mills Mortuary at Cottage Grove, Friday, April 19, 1958 at 2 p.m. Mr. Dean Pence officiating. Interment in Taylor Lane Cemetery, College Grove.
