Biographical Sketch of John C. Zornow

Zornow, John C.; milk dealer; born, Germany, April 30, ___; son of William and Mary Leverenz Zornow; graduated from the Cleveland public schools; married, Cleveland, May 17, 1888, Emilie Blank; issue, five children; started in the milk business in 1877; bought the route from Mr. Miler; soon increased his route to two wagons; found this too much to care for and keep up the high standard of purity; so sold one wagon; keeps milk house in a perfectly sanitary condition and the Zornow Dairy is noted for purity and cleanliness; does a large business in milk for babies; member Milk Dealers’ Fraternal League; Lutheran Benefit Ass’n. Recreation: Country Visiting.
