Srtrwin, George N.; banker; born, Cleveland, March, 20, 1871; son of N. B. and Martha Kidder Sherwin; High School course; graduated from Western Reserve University in 1892; married, Cleveland, 1901, Miss Florence W. Jones; issue, one daughter, Martha Leland, born April, 1907; three years in the Auditing Dept. of the Lake Shore Railroad; receiving teller in the Park National Bank; on consolidation of the Park National Bank with the Euclid Ave. National Bank; became asst. cashier of the Euclid Park National Bank; and asst. cashier First National Bank; now cashier First Trust and Savings Co.; director Sheriff St. Market & Storage Co.; member Hermit, University, Tavern, Union, and Country Clubs. Recreations: Outdoor Sports; authority on Tennis, acting as referee in Cleveland championship games.
