Morgan; two children, Ruth M., and Thomas K., Jr.; city claim agt., 1895-1899; member Cleveland Grays, 1887-1891; 2nd lieut. 5th Ohio Infantry, 1886-1899; served with that regiment during the Spanish American War, as 2nd lieut.; Republican nominee for judge of the Municipal Court, 1911; actively engaged in law practice, since 1902; regarded as authority on law of legal property and taxation; director Macoban Realty Co., Nichols Hat Co.; sec’y Blaine Mining & Reduction Co.; member Cleveland, and Ohio State Bar Ass’ns; member firm Dissette, Dissette & Dissette; member Woodward Lodge, No. 505, F. & A.
