Transferred to Camp Stewart, Texas, then to Camp Sevier, S. C. Sailed for Calais, France, May 28, 1918. Was in all engagements of 30th Div. Served on the Mexican border for six months. Returned to USA 1919, at Charleston, S. C. Mustered out at Camp Jackson, S. C., April 7, 1919. Promoted to Corpl. Aug., 1918.
