Served overseas as Surgical Assistant, Base Hospital No. 54, Mesues Hospital Center, Oct. 1st until Oct. 21, 1918. Operating Team No. 169, Evacuation Hospital No. 10. Mustered out at Camp Dix, June 2, 1919.
