Leroy-Violet E. Johnson, 79 of LeRoy, died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 1992, at Mercy Hospital in Cadillac. She was born April 6, 1913 near Tustin and was a lifelong resident of the LeRoy area.
She is survived by one son, Terry of LeRoy; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren, one brother, Warren Bowman of LeRoy and three sisters, Edith (Mrs. Leonard) Johnson of Clare, Alberta Pierce of LeRoy, and Audrey (Mrs. Kenneth) Davis of Reed City. Two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
Services were held Saturday, Sept. 12 at 11 a.m. from the Pruitt-Livingston Funeral Home in Reed City with the Rev. Timothy Nielson officiating. Burial was in LeRoy Township Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Hospital or to the Zion Lutheran Church of LeRoy.
