Reynolds, Mary A. Mrs. – Obituary
Mrs. Mary A. Reynolds, aged 81, passed away this morning at Grande Ronde hospital after a two-month illness, shocking her community in Eastern Oregon. Born in Missouri on February 16, 1842, she married Merritt A. Reynolds in 1861 and moved west in 1875, settling in La Grande. She was a respected member of the Christian church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Survived by her son and many descendants, her funeral will be held tomorrow at the Christian church.
