Enterprise, Oregon Quincy Albert Arnold Quincy Albert Arnold Sr., 86, died Nov. 9, 2004, at Wallowa Memorial Hospital. He was born to Alvin and Cora Arnold in West Jefferson, N.C., in 1918. He married Ettie Virginia Arnold in 1939, who passed away in 1989. They lived in North Carolina before settling in Enterprise. He served in the Army in 1944, and was in construction as a carpenter until retirement. During retirement he loved building furniture, going to yard sales and getting wood for winter. Imnaha, Wallowa County, Oregon Othe Arnold, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Arnold, succumbed to an attack of heart failure yesterday morning, Wednesday, May 6, 1936, at the family home on Sheep creek. She was in the yard when she fell to the ground and passed away almost immediately. A call was sent to Imnaha and Mrs. E.C. Stoneman, formerly a trained nurse, went hurriedly to the Arnold home but found nothing to be done. Coroner C. L. Sally G. Arney died in Portland Feb. 13, 1981. The daughter of Lelah and the late Dr. A. J. Hockett, she was born in Madison, Wisconsin, Nov. 26, 1935. She is survived by her husband Douglas Arney, her mother Lelah Hockett of Portland; sons John Beaudoin of California, Steve Beaudoin of Portland and Wade C. (Corky) Johnson of Bend. Armon, a retired logger and farmer of Wallowa who had been in failing health for several weeks, passed away Friday, Sept. 12, 1975 at Wallowa Memorial Hospital. He was born July 31, 1888, near Des Moines Iowa, son of James Harvey and Frances Armon, and he had lived in Wallowa County since 1906. Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon John Anderson, who had lived in Enterprise nearly two years, died Sunday evening at the home of Chris Bauer, a degeneration of the heart and blood vessels caused death. Burial was in Enterprise Cemetery Monday afternoon. Until a month ago, Mr. Anderson lived at the hotel Enterprise.
