La Grande, Oregon Roger C. Lang, 78, of Ontario and formerly of La Grande, died April 7 at an Ontario hospital. A funeral service is planned for 2 p.m. today at the Lienkaemper Funeral Chapel in Ontario. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Ontario. Mr. Lang was born Dec. 25, 1928.
