6. ISRAEL5 CHASE (Caleb4, Daniel3, Moses2, Aquilla1) twelfth child of Caleb and Sarah (Prince) Chase, was b. March 21, 1770; m. first, June 5, 1798, Prudence Hall of Cornish, dau. of Nathaniel and Prudence (Chase) Hall, b. July 2,1781, d. Aug. 19, 1811, aged 30; m. second, March 12, 1813, Sarah Chapman of Cornish, dau. of Joseph and Patty Chapman, b. July 14, 1789, d. Sept. 12, 1881, aged 92. He d. Sept. 10, 1824. Children of Prudence Hall, all b. in town:

i. MARY B., b. April 1, 1799; m. Feb. 18, 1827, Israel Hall of Cornish. She d. Dec. 15, 1834. aged 35, leaving one child, a dau., b. in 1827. (See Hall.)
ii. GEORGE H., b. April 12. 1801.
iii. LEBBEUS H., b. April 6, 1804.
iv. SARAH P., b. Aug. 18, 1806; m. Sept. 10, 1835, Israel Hall the widower of her deceased sister. She d. childless Aug. 4, 1835.
v. HENRY HALL, b. May 10, 1809; m. Sept. 28, 1841, Lucy C. Powers of Cornish, dau. of Obed and Cynthia (Comings) Powers, b. Feb. 10, 1820. Had one son, Robert Henry, b. Dec. 11, 1842, who enlisted in the 5th N. H. Vols. (See Military.) Mr. Chase kept the hotel near Windsor bridge several years till he d. May 13, 1852. His wid. afterwards m. Jotham G. Allds of Claremont.

vi. JOSEPH C., b. Dec. 10, 1813; d. Feb. 13, 1814.
vii. PRUDENCE JANE, b. June 28, 1815: d. Dec. 18, 1860.
viii. MARTHA J., b. May 9, 1817; d. Jan. 28, 1853.
