Edna Irene Harvey, 99, of La Grande, died March 19 at home. A service will begin at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Eternal Hill Cemetery in Oceanside, Calif. The compilation of this Howe Family Genealogy is due to the researches of Judge Daniel Wait Howe of Indianapolis, Indiana.
