Biographical Sketch of M.L. Flinn

M.L. Flinn, born in Woodstock, Illinois, in 1852, moved to Chicago before settling in his current city in 1868. He worked for nine years as chief clerk at the St. P.R.R. shops and spent three years with the S.C.P.R.R. Flinn is a co-founder of Flinn Lessenich, which established the Central Meat Market in 1881. He married Mary M. Wilkins and has three children: Grace M., Frank M., and an infant.
