Harlena Alma Hook, 69, of Elgin, died Monday at her home. A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at the Elgin Cemetery. Daniels Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hook was born Aug. 24, 1935, to Vaughn and Frieda Graham Boswell in Elgin. She attended schools in Elgin, and on Nov. 10, 1956, she married Kenneth Hook in Lewiston, Idaho. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include her husband; children and their spouses, Don Wayne and Vickie Hook of Sheridan, Richard Lee and Kathy Hook of Elgin, and Linda and Don Conzelmann of Elgin; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, LaWana Schwebke of Alicel and Dorothy Hallgarth of Elgin; and other relatives. A grandson, Mike Crisp, died earlier.
