Co.; then in various capacities with the Everett-Moore Syndicate; in 1906, severed connection; with Herrick, Parmlee & Crawford, with which firm closely associated in 1904 and 1905; and with his brother, T. E. Borton, established the firm of F. S. & T. E. Borton; member Union, Euclid, and Hermit Clubs; Republican.
