Near Summerville, Monday, December 18, 1905, Morris Wright, aged 51 years. Death resulted from pneumonia. The remains were interred in the La Grande cemetery Wednesday. Margaret Francis Golden, 2201 Orodell Blvd., died Friday at Valley View manor. She was 90. Mrs. Golden was born Oct. 31, 1892, at Summerville to Charles and Mary (Childers) Duggan. Island City, Union County, Oregon Mrs. Merton W. Kiddle of Island City, died suddenly Monday morning at her home. The funeral was held Wednesday and interment was in the Island City Cemetery. Mrs. Kiddle was formerly Miss Jessie Wade and she was born near Summerville in 1885. Her parents were among the first settlers in Grande Ronde valley.
