Mrs. Merton W. Kiddle of Island City, died suddenly Monday morning at her home.
The funeral was held Wednesday and interment was in the Island City Cemetery.
Mrs. Kiddle was formerly Miss Jessie Wade and she was born near Summerville in 1885. Her parents were among the first settlers in Grande Ronde valley.
Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters aged eleven and twelve years. Mrs. Kiddle was a member of the Christian Science Church.
