Educated at Kemper Military School, Booneville, Missouri. Married at Rogers, Arkansas November 25, 1908 Betty, daughter of and Mrs. J. W. Blake. They are the parents of: William Vann, born October 20, 1911; Mary Amelia, born May 18, 1913 and James Blake Rogers, born July 25, 1915. Mr. Rogers is a member of the Shrine and Elk fraternities. In the passing of Dr. Patrick Cleburn Woodruff the medical profession lost a representative member. For twelve years he resided in Stilwell and during that time endeared himself to every one in the community. A man of great charity, he served rich and poor alike and his sudden demise, on the 29th of December, 1914, came as a severe shock to his many friends.
