Baker City, Baker County, Oregon Robert H. “Bob” Balfour, 73, of Baker City, died Jan. 6, 2005, at his home of congestive heart failure and diabetes. His funeral was at 1 p.m. today at the Baker City Church of Christ of Latter-day Saints 2nd Ward, 2625 Hughes Lane. Bishop David Richards officiated. Visitations were from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m today in the Relief Society Room of the LDS church. Bob was born on Oct. 25, 1931, at Ogden, Utah, to William Henry and Mildred Bryson Balfour.
