Milton E. Starr, 75, of Baker City, died April 26, 2004, at Wallowa Memorial Hospital. His graveside funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Hope Cemetery. Mr. Starr was born on Oct. 27, 1928, at Crosby, N.D., to Jesse Lyle and Margaret Nelson Starr. He worked as a mechanic.
