Carl Leishman, 83, of Prairie City, a former Baker City resident, died April 18, 2003, at his daughter’s home in Prairie City. His memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Prairie City Cemetery. Mr. Leishman was born on Jan. 30, 1910, at Baker City to John and Martine Leishman.
