Frances Mae Cassity Davis, 78, of Parma, Idaho, a former Baker City resident, died April 20, 2009, at her home. Her graveside funeral was Friday at Cloverdale Memorial Park in Nampa. Frances was born on Oct. 26, 1930, at Nampa to Fleta Mae Goodwin Hiaring and George Carl Hiaring. She grew up at Nampa and attended Roosevelt Elementary and Central Junior High School. Her father died in 1940 when she was 9. Her mother worked full time at Woolworth’s drug store to provide for the family.
