R. Co., at Cleveland, June 1, 1893; appointed general attorney for that road in 1901 and general counsel in 1912; general counsel L. S. & M. S., its leased and operated lines; director Big Four Ry. Co., T. & O. Ry. Co., Lake Erie & Pittsburgh Ry. Co., Cleveland Short Line Ry. Co., Lake Erie & Eastern Ry. Co.; trustee Lake Erie College, Painesville; member Cleveland Chamber of Commerce, and Union Club.
