Law School; married, Columbus, O., Oct. 10, 1911, Maybelle Murphy; one daughter, Annabelle Alburn, teacher in Youngstown township and in Cleveland night High Schools; Chief Probation Officer, Cuyahoga Co., Juvenile Court; Councilman-at-Large, Cleveland; Asst. Atty. Gen. of Ohio; Special Counsel to the Atty. Gen. of Ohio; was advisor to Prosecuting Attorneys, City Solicitors and various state departments and legislative committee; had charge of such well-known cases as “The Voting Machine Case,” “The Electric Mule Case,” and “The Cleveland Canal Case”; as a lawyer have conducted cases in most of the counties of Ohio and make a specialty of public and corporation law; member of the law firm of Price, Alburn & Daoust; member Cleveland and Ohio Bar Ass’ns; member Delta Kappa Epsilon, Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Delta Phi, Mason, K. of P., and W. O. W.; member Union, City, Automobile and Tippecanoe Clubs, and Civic League and Chamber of Commerce; for the last ten years sec’y National Republican College League.
