Funeral services for Mrs. H. B. Fellers, 88, a resident of Fort Dodge for the past 44 years, will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. in Bruces Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Surviving are two sons and a daughter, W. E. Fellers, Theron Fellers and Mrs. Helen Goodspeed, all of Fort Dodge; seven grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Cecil Dinsmore of Fremont. Ward Alva Yocom, 80, died Wednesday [October 27, 1982] in a Reno hospital. A native of Ellensburg, Wash., he was born June 28, 1902. He served in the Army during World War II. From 1951 to 1964, he lived in Port Orchard, Wash., with his family. He was an electrician for I.B.E.W. in Seattle, Wash., traveling extensively throughout the U.S. In 1964 he moved to Reno, though he continued to travel. Gurney, Areta Littlejohn – Obituary

Washington Co., OR A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10, 1996, in Evergreen Cemetery in Ontario for Areta Gurney, who died Jan. 6 at age 93. Mrs. Gurney was born Oct. 13, 1902 in Pendleton. She taught high school in Marshfield in the 1920s and grade school during the 1960s. In 1976 she moved from Ontario to Portland. She was a member of the Ontario Methodist Church. Surviving are her son, Norris of Portland and one grandchild. The family suggests remembrances to the American Cancer Society. A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 30, 2006, in Skyline Funeral Home for Charles Oren Bonebrake Jr., who died March 23 at age 83. Mr. Bonebrake was born July 1, 1922, in Coos Bay. During World War II, he served in the Army in the South Pacific. After the war, he moved to Beaverton and was a truck driver for Delta I-5 Truck Lines. He moved to Aloha in 1953. T. J. Wilson of Greenville, formerly county assessor for Washington County died on Monday last at the Good Samariton Hospital in Portland. Mr. Wilson has been in poor health for several years and had to submit to surgical operations at different times, his constitution finally giving way to the strain. Last Wednesday William Wilson at the advanced age of 79 years, died at his home near Glencoe, and was buried in the Wilkes Cemetery with Masonic ceremonies, he in his lifetime being a member of Tuality Lodge No. 16, Hillsboro. The deceased came to Oregon in 1843 and within a few months thereafter settled on the Wilson Donation Land Claim near Greenville, where he lived the life of an upright citizen, til a few years ago he moved to Glencoe.
