Edmund Ingalls, son of Robert, was born about 1598 in Skirbeck, Lincolnshire, England. He immigrated in 1628 to Salem, Massachusetts and with his brother, Francis, founded Lynn, Massachusetts in 1629. He married Ann, fathered nine children, and died in 1648.

Windsor, Florence Gaynell Bowman – Obituary

Florence Gaynell Windsor, aged 90, passed away on May 16, 1984, at Delamarter Care Center in Pendleton. Born on July 9, 1893, she was the daughter of pioneers O. P. and Eva Stickler Bowman. Florence attended Oregon State Agricultural College and was married to Fredrick Windsor, who predeceased her in 1947. She worked at the East Oregonian Newspaper for many years. Her survivors include a son, daughter, brother, sister, 10 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. The funeral will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday at Folsom-Bishop Funeral Chapel.
