Elgin, Oregon Rosetta Eckstein Rosetta Eckstein, 76, of Elgin, died Oct. 22 at the Evergreen Rehabilitation and Retirement Center in Milton-Freewater. A graveside service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the Elgin Cemetery with Pastor Steve Gilmore officiating. Mrs. Eckstein was born July 20, 1930, in La Grande to Ernest and Lillian Knight.
