Jane Cronin died May 13, 2007. She was 88. Mrs. Cronin was born in Melrose, Idaho, to Gertrude and Samuel Sardam, on a farm a few miles north of Lewiston. She graduated from Lewiston Normal School and then attended Eastern Oregon Normal School. Mrs. Cronin began her teaching career in Lewis, a town in Wallowa County just outside of Enterprise. In true pioneer fashion, she taught in a one-room schoolhouse and rode to school each day on horseback. Cronin, Ruth Eleanor – Obituary

Ruth Eleanor Daniels Cronin died Sept. 18, 2005, at the hospice in Kennewick, Wash. She was 98 years old. Mrs. Cronin was born Dec. 2, 1906 in Raton, New Mexico Territory to William A. Daniels and Caroline Gellermann Daniels. She attended high school in Enterprise. In 1926 she married Walter Cronin of Enterprise and moved to Clarkston, Wash., where they lived for over 50 years. She worked as a sales clerk for many years and took courses at the Lewiston State Normal School. She enjoyed gardening and propagating new varieties of Iris. The records include individual jackets which give the name, organization, and rank of each soldier. They contain cards on which information from original records relating to the military service of the individual has been copied. Included in the main jacket are carded medical records, other documents which give personal information, and the description of the record from which the information was obtained.
