Summerville, Union County, Oregon Funeral For Mrs. Colt To Be On Monday Mrs. Anna Colt, a resident of the Grande Ronde valley for more than 45 years, passed away in Portland yesterday after an illness of one and one-half years. She was the wife of A. J. Colt, of Summerville. Mrs. Colt was born in California on Nov. 20, 1868. La Grande, Union County, Oregon Miss May Colt, 73, resident of 1601 Walnut St., died Tuesday at a local hospital. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Daniels Funeral Home and burial follows in Summerville cemetery. Born in Summerville, Miss Colt had lived in Union County all her life. She was a 50-year member of Jewel Rebecca Lodge of Summerville and the Union County Historical Society. Summerville, Union County, Oregon Eastern Oregon Pioneer Passes; Burial Tuesday Another Eastern Oregon pioneer passed on during the weekend, when Mrs. Phebe Brook Colt, a resident of Summerville for some 45 years, died in Portland Saturday. Summerville, Union County, Oregon Summerville (Special) – Funeral services for Asahel J. Colt, pioneer resident of this community, were held in the Snodgrass Funeral home Thursday afternoon, Rev. Gene Robinson officiating. Mrs. Chester Colt, Portland, was soloist, and she was accompanied by Mrs. Zelpha Colt Downing, also of Portland.
