Funeral for Signe A. Pell, 415 NW 7th, Pendleton, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Folsom-Bishop Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Pell, 79 died Monday [June 28, 1976] at Delamarter Care Center. She was born near Adams, August 3, 1896, and lived in the Pendleton area all her life.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gustav Planting, pioneers of the Adams area. They retired in 1952 and moved to Pendleton. She was a life-long member of the Apostolic Lutheran Church.
Survivors are the widower; sister, Elma Enbysk, Granum, Alberta, Canada; and several nieces and nephews. Vault interment will be in Olney Cemetery.
