He died Aug. 14, 1912. Mrs. Parker married Thos. H. Owen March 12 1916. They are residents of Oklahoma City.

He had served the confederacy in Company B, Morgan’s Battalion, Texas cavalry under Captain Boggs and Lieutenant Charles Morgan. Mrs. Eaton died September 21, 1896. Mr. and Mrs. Eaton were the parents of: Rachel Caroline, James Calvin, Martha Pauline and John Merrit Eaton.
