Biography of Floyd O. Hale
Floyd O. Hale, born on April 13, 1882, in West Windsor, Vermont, served as the general manager of the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in St. Louis. After graduating from Dartmouth College in 1903, he began his career at the Central District Printing Telegraph Company, eventually becoming general superintendent of traffic.
