Mr. Cavallaro was born Sept 16,1946, in Houston, Texas to Paul James and Patricia VanBilliard Cavallaro. He grew up in San Francisco and Reno and graduated from Reno High School in 1964. He served five years as an electrical apprentice in Reno. He married Janis Muler in Reno in 1967. They had two children Steve and Tiffany.
